Jenni Parviainen Appointed Treasurer of the IBA Taxes Committee

Hannes Snellman’s Counsel Jenni Parviainen has been appointed treasurer of the Taxes Committee of the International Bar Association for the 2026–2027 term. Jenni has served as an Officer of the IBA Taxes Committee since 2024.

Jenni specialises in tax law, with a special focus on tax disputes and transactional tax advisory. Jenni frequently acts as counsel in tax litigation and advance proceedings. She also advises a wide range of clients in diverse domestic and cross-border M&A, real estate, finance, and capital markets transactions.
