The location has served as Hannes Snellman House for twelve years. The building’s prime location and flexible spaces have supported both the business and the company’s way of working as it has grown. The extended lease provides continuity and allows for updates to the premises, tying in with the brand renewal launched in March and forming the basis for a new exciting development chapter.

The lease extension was made with AFIAA, a Swiss institutional investor with a long-term perspective on quality real estate. CBRE acted as tenant representative, providing valuable support in site evaluation and lease negotiations.
