Hannes Snellman’s VAT experts Specialist Partner Piia Ahonen and Senior Associate Marika Sorsa will be giving a lecture on topics related to the VAT of real estate on Friday 17 February 2023. The lecture is a part of an advanced VAT course organised by Aalto University.

During the interactive lecture, our experts, together with the participating students, will cover multiple themes, including the definition of real estate and its meaning, the rental criteria and whether the related rules should be amended in Finland, and the VAT challenges of parking operations.
