Meet Our Delegates:

Antti Kuha is a partner within our M&A Practice and advises clients on capital markets transactions, public takeovers, and other corporate transactions involving listed companies and on corporate governance matters. He has extensive experience from complex cross-border transactions of public corporations in particular. Antti has advised clients in numerous public tender offers, IPOs, mergers and demergers, rights offerings, private placements, and share buy-backs, including some of the largest transactions in the Finnish market.

Erik Stenman is a partner within our M&A Practice and specialises in mergers and acquisitions with an emphasis on private equity M&A. He has significant experience of almost 15 years in transactional work, both domestic and cross-border, advising both Finnish and international private equity sponsors, infrastructure investors, and industrial clients on various M&A deals and investments, including buy-side and sell-side auction processes.
