Meet Our Delegates:

Mikko Heinonen is a partner within Hannes Snellman’s M&A Practice with a focus on various forms of corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, finance advisory, and securities regulation. He frequently provides advice regarding transactional matters, governance and financing issues to corporations, financial sponsors, and their boards. Mikko has also advised many industrial and technology companies in equity financing and restructuring situations and has considerable experience in public takeovers, mergers and cross-border transactions, including some of the largest transactions in the Nordic market. Mikko is also qualified to practice in the State of New York.

Thomas Landell is a partner within Hannes Snellman’s M&A Practice. Thomas’s practice focuses on corporate transactions ranging from private mergers and acquisitions to public M&A and capital markets. He has experience in cross-border work and domestic work, advising both Finnish and international private equity sponsors and industrial clients on a broad range of transactions, including buy-side and sell-side auction processes, co-investments, and add-ons, as well as IPOs and public takeovers.

Erik Stenman is a partner within Hannes Snellman’s M&A Practice and specialises in mergers and acquisitions with an emphasis on private equity M&A. He has significant experience of almost 15 years in transactional work, both domestic and cross-border, advising both Finnish and international private equity sponsors, infrastructure investors, and industrial clients on various M&A deals and investments, including buy-side and sell-side auction processes. Erik also regularly advises clients on corporate law matters and general contract law.
