Hannes Snellman Advises Lifeline Ventures in ICEYE’s Financing Round with Valuation Exceeding EUR 10 Billion 

Hannes Snellman is advising Lifeline Ventures in its participation in the Series F financing round of ICEYE at a valuation of more than EUR 10 billion. The financing round is led by General Atlantic and included Solidium, TCV, Nokia, Tesi, Varma, Ilmarinen, and Lifeline Ventures as co-investors. ICEYE is the world leader in synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite systems, and the transaction represents a significant milestone in the development of sovereign space-based intelligence infrastructure.

The transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
