Hannes Snellman Advised Viking Line on a Joint Operation with TT-Line

Hannes Snellman advised Viking Line on a joint operation with TT-Line, under which the parties will jointly operate the Vuosaari (Helsinki)–Muuga route. As part of the arrangement, Viking Line will acquire a 50% ownership interest in the vessel to be deployed on the route. The arrangement strengthens the transport corridor between Finland and Estonia and forms part of Viking Line’s continued development of freight transportation in the Baltic Sea region.

Operations under the joint operation are planned to commence during the first quarter of 2027.
