Hannes Snellman advised UrbanLight, a joint venture between Alma Property Partners and Alea Partners, in the acquisition of a logistics property located in the Piispankylä area of Vantaa, in close proximity to the Helsinki Airport. The property comprises approximately 7,000 sqm of high-quality logistics space.

With this acquisition, UrbanLight’s portfolio grows to approximately 50,000 sqm, further strengthening its position as an active and growth-oriented investor in the sector.
