Meet Our Team at the EELA 2025 Annual Conference

Hannes Snellman’s employment law experts Partner Sanna Honkinen and Counsel Jussi Herrainsilta will be attending the European Employment Lawyers Association’s Annual Conference in London on 11–14 June 2025.

The EELA Conference brings together experts from the EU Member States and Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway. Some of the topics on the conference agenda this year include the role of employment law in supporting democracy, transparency in the workplace, and European Works Councils (‘EWCs’).

Sanna co-heads our firm’s Employment Practice. She is an experienced employment law practitioner with core expertise in planning and implementing complex redundancy procedures and reorganisations as well as change negotiations. She provides employment law advice in all types of M&A transactions and has led many global restructuring and reorganisation projects successfully.

Jussi is an experienced attorney assisting clients on a full range of employment law matters and related dispute resolution. Jussi has particular experience in managing employment disputes, and representing clients in related legal proceedings, drawing on his experience within the Finnish court system.
