Hannes Snellman Counsel to CapMan in the Acquisition and Financing of a Helsinki Office Property Portfolio

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to CapMan Real Estate in the acquisition and financing of an office property portfolio from Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Cromwell Property Group.

The portfolio consists of four office properties in midtown Helsinki with a total lettable area of 35,000 square metres, complementing the value-add strategy of the CapMan Nordic Real Estate III fund.
