Katja Perätalo’s Article in the Lakimies Journal

Doctor of Laws Katja Perätalo, Counsel in our Real Assets Team, publicly defended her doctoral dissertation in September 2020. Katja’s dissertation is entitled “Vastuumuotoerottelu ja rakennusurakka”, and it addresses the liabilities of the parties in a construction project. The lectio praecursoria from her public examination was published in the Lakimies Journal 7-8/2020, and it can be read here.

Katja advises clients on the contractual aspects of industrial and energy sector construction and investment projects in all phases of their execution, and on both non-contentious and contentious aspects. Katja has particular expertise in EPC & EPCM projects, procurement contracts & supply agreements, and Contracts & Claims Management leadership both on a global organisational level and within a particular contract.
