Tax Event for Students in Collaboration with the University of Helsinki and the Association of Finnish Tax Professionals

Stefan Stellato, Isabella Kartila, Viivi Vikberg, and Valtteri Gundersby of our Tax Team organised a tax event for students on Tuesday 2 November, which was part of a tax course organised by the University of Helsinki and the Association of Finnish Tax Professionals. The theme of the event was whether Finland’s tax law and related practice of not assimilating a foreign fund to a Finnish tax-exempt fund depending on the foreign fund’s corporate form was in line with the EU’s fundamental freedoms.
