Jenni Heurlin Speaking at Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Seminar

Managing Associate Jenni Heurlin will be one of the speakers at the upcoming competition enforcement themed seminar, organised by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (KKV) on Thursday 15 May 2025.

The seminar focuses on the practices of the Competition and Consumer Authority, highlighting topics such as merger control and antitrust. Jenni will comment on the latest developments in merger control, specifically from an attorney’s point of view.

Jenni advises domestic and international clients on all aspects of EU and Finnish competition law, including merger control, compliance, investigations, proceedings before the competition authorities and courts, and state aid. Moreover, she advises companies in a range of regulatory issues, including foreign direct investment (FDI) screening and Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR).
