Hannes Snellman Advised Suvia Group in the Acquisition of AutoRepairGroup

Hannes Snellman advised Intera Partners’ portfolio company Suvia Group, Finland’s leading independent provider of vehicle damage services, in the acquisition of AutoRepairGroup, Belgium’s largest independent body repair group from Standard Investment. Following the transaction, Suvia Group comprises 80 workshops and approximately 1,100 employees across Finland and Belgium.
