Josefina Aalto advises clients on all types of financing transactions, including acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance, and restructuring and refinancing. She has extensive experience in energy and infrastructure-related financing transactions, with a particular focus on renewable energy. Josefina joined Hannes Snellman in 2023.

Emmi Kantola advises domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on private equity, venture capital, and growth transactions. She is experienced in advising private equity and venture capital sponsors, portfolio companies, and industrial clients in investment rounds and buy-side and sell-side auction processes. In addition, she advises clients on general corporate, commercial, and contract law matters. Emmi joined Hannes Snellman in 2018.

Matti Tyynysniemi advises domestic and international clients on dispute resolution and dispute avoidance, with particular expertise in construction, project delivery, and related matters. He represents clients in arbitration and court proceedings and has experience acting as an arbitrator. In addition to his specialist construction disputes practice, Matti is a seasoned dispute resolution lawyer who has advised clients across a broad range of commercial and strategic disputes. He joined Hannes Snellman in 2014.
