Criminal Law and Investigations Expert Lauri Liljavirta Joins Hannes Snellman as Counsel

Lauri Liljavirta, an experienced criminal litigation and investigations lawyer, has joined Hannes Snellman as a counsel to further strengthen our Criminal Investigations and Proceedings Team.

Lauri has extensive experience in criminal proceedings and dispute resolution from another law firm. Prior to that, Lauri worked several years with the Helsinki Police Department, gaining valuable experience in criminal investigation, surveillance, and emergency operations, among other areas. Additionally, Lauri completed court training at the Päijät-Häme District Court. His court experience and experience at the Helsinki Police Department have provided Lauri with a comprehensive understanding of criminal procedures.
