Pauli advises domestic and international clients on commercial contracts, outsourcing arrangements, and other complex ICT transactions, with a particular focus on the negotiation and structuring of technology agreements. He also advises clients on data protection, artificial intelligence, and data regulatory matters, including cybersecurity-related questions.

In addition, Pauli has gained experience in general corporate and commercial law matters, as well as intellectual property and technology-related aspects of transactions. He also has experience — including in-house — providing advice in the telecommunications and digital services and healthcare and life sciences sectors.
