Hannes Snellman Advised UrbanLight in the Acquisition of a Light Industrial Property

Hannes Snellman advised UrbanLight, a joint venture between Alma Property Partners and Alea Partners, in the acquisition of a light industrial property located in Ristikivi, Tuusula.

The property includes approximately 4,000 square meters of workshop and warehouse space. Completed in 2020, it sits on a large plot of about 36,000 square meters. The property is leased to Lehto Rent Oy, a rental company for equipment and machinery, and Tracwest Oy, a company specializing in the import and rental of heavy machinery.
