Hannes Snellman Advised Prisma Properties in a Forward Purchase Transaction

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Prisma Properties AB in the acquisition of a new retail property from Tekova in a forward purchase transaction. The property, located in Raasepori, Finland, will comprise just over 5,000 square meters of discount retail space, fully leased on 10-year lease agreements to two leading discount retail operators. Completion is expected in the third quarter of 2026.

With this acquisition Prisma Properties continues to build its platform in Finland with modern and energy-efficient properties that meet the high demands of the retail sector.
