Niklas Ekström

Niklas advises clients on matters concerning financial services regulation. He provides advice to both domestic and foreign banks, investment firms, fund managers, and other financial markets participants on a wide range of issues within the financial services sector.

Niklas also advises clients on a broad range of financing arrangements, including bank lending, M&A and real estate acquisition financing, public and private debt offerings, structured finance, and restructuring and refinancing processes.
