Hannes Snellman Counsel to YIT in its Renewables Business Exit

Hannes Snellman acted as legal advisor to YIT in the disposal of its wind and solar business, comprising of 2.3 GW renewable energy projects and a team of 16 employees. The transaction is expected to be completed on 31 December 2023 at the latest.
