Heikki Majamaa’s Article in Defensor Legis

Specialist Partner Heikki Majamaa from Hannes Snellman’s Finance Team has authored an article on the topic of direct agreements used in Finnish project financing. In his article, Heikki discusses the purpose and the content of direct agreements from the perspective of practical legal work and Finnish law paying particular attention to the possibilities of using the instrument as collateral security. The article was recently published in the latest issue of Defensor Legis, a law journal published by the Finnish Bar Association.
