Heikki Majamaa Speaking at Alma Talent’s Vakuusoikeuspäivä

Specialist Partner Heikki Majamaa from Hannes Snellman’s Finance Practice will be speaking at Alma Talent’s Vakuusoikeuspäivä (Collateral Rights Seminar) on 21 March 2023.

Heikki will be covering the topic of direct agreements in financial arrangements. Among other things, he will discuss the objectives and contents of direct agreements and whether the right of succession can act as a collateral right.
