Hannes Snellman Advised in Generational Transfer of Ownership in Sanoma Corporation and Structuring Future Family Ownership

Hannes Snellman advised on the structuring and execution of the generational transfer of ownership and block trade of a 12.18% stake in Sanoma Corporation. We also advised on forming the new ownership structure, as well as on related tax, capital markets, and contractual and corporate law aspects.
