Ella Sivonen

Ella advises domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, particularly private equity, venture capital, and growth transactions. In addition, Ella provides advice on general corporate, commercial, and contract law. 

Ella’s practice is further informed by her background in banking and finance, which has given her a strong foundation in financial structures, lending transactions, and capital markets. She also has experience in working in the United States for a mental health startup, enabling her to bring a commercially astute perspective to her legal advisory work.
