Counsel to SAP Finland Oy in a Licensing and Public Procurement Dispute

Hannes Snellman successfully represented SAP Finland Oy in parallel proceedings brought against it in a licensing and public procurement dispute. In December 2024, the Helsinki District Court dismissed the claims against SAP Finland Oy and another entity. The District Court ordered both claimants to reimburse SAP Finland Oy’s legal costs.
