Hannes Snellman Counsel to Bonnier Capital in its Investment in Safe Life

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Bonnier Capital in its investment in the health care company Safe Life. Safe Life enables emergency care for people who suffer cardiac arrest outside of hospitals and was founded in Sweden in 2019. Today, Safe Life has operations in nine countries in Europe and North America, including Sweden, Finland, U.K., Canada, and the U.S.
