International Comparative Legal Guide – Merger Control 2024

Partner Peter Forsberg and Managing Associate Philip Thorell from our Competition, Regulatory and Procurement Team have written the Swedish chapter in the recently published International Comparative Legal Guide – Merger control 2024 (ICLG).

ICLG Merger Control covers common issues relating to merger control laws and regulations, including relevant authorities and legislation, notification and its impact on the transaction timetable, remedies, appeals and enforcement, and substantive assessment. Chapter 30, which is written by Peter Forsberg and Philip Thorell, covers, for example, relevant authorities and legislation and transactions caught by merger control legislation.
