Hannes Snellman Counsel to Polygon AB (publ)

Hannes Snellman acted as lead counsel to Polygon AB (publ) (”Polygon”) in connection with the issuance of EUR 210 million senior secured notes and the entry into of a super senior RCF. The proceeds from the notes issue will be used to refinance the existing EUR 180 million senior secured notes and for general corporate purposes (including acquisitions).

Polygon is a European market leader in property damage restoration services with an offering that includes water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, reconstruction, leak detection and temporary humidity control. Polygon is active on three continents and in 13 countries and is wholly owned by Triton. Triton is an investment firm investing in medium-sized businesses in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

Hannes Snellman’s team was led by partner Fredrik Olsson and the core team in Sweden comprised Carolina Wahlby, Klara Kjellberg, Sanna Böris, Marcus Holming and Carl Rythén Larsson and the Finnish team comprised Henrik Mattson, Antti Alanko and Mari Miettinen.
