Hannes Snellman Continues to Expand its M&A Practice

Hannes Snellman continues to have a market-leading M&A practice - over the past five years the firm’s partner Claes Kjellberg has been one of Sweden’s most engaged transactional advisors. As part of the strategy to further consolidate the group’s practice, Hannes Snellman is boosting its M&A team through the recruitment of Ammar Khan.

Ammar Khan comes from the global corporate law firm DLA Piper’s Stockholm office, and has spent the past seven years specialising in M&A, corporate restructuring, fund-raising, and strategic partnerships for global industrial companies and financial sponsors.
