Hannes Snellman acted as the Swedish and Finnish counsel to SGS, a leading global TIC company, in the acquisition of SYNLAB Analytics & Services (A&S), a leading medical diagnostic services provider in Europe. The acquisition of A&S significantly strengthens SGS’s global network in key strategic focus areas, including the environment, food, life sciences and oil condition monitoring. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
