Antti Kuha Becomes a Hannes Snellman Partner on 1 January 2021

Helsinki-based capital markets and M&A expert Antti Kuha will become a partner at Hannes Snellman on 1 January 2021.

Antti Kuha’s practice focuses on capital markets, M&A transactions, and corporate governance matters. He has extensive experience in particular from complex cross-border transactions of public corporations. Antti is a graduate of the University of Helsinki and Stanford Law School and a member of the New York Bar.
