Mika Pohjonen Publishes New Book 'Public Contracts Law'

Specialist Partner Mika Pohjonen has published a new book titled 'Public Contracts Law' (in Finnish Hankintojen kilpailuttaminen) together with co-authors Elise Pekkala, Katariina Huikko and Markus Ukkola.

Mika's previous publications in the fields of public procurement and competition law include e.g. Guide to Tender Procedures on Public Construction Procurement (2017), Public Contracts Law and Contract Terms (2012, co-author Elise Pekkala), Guide to Tender Procedures on Public Construction Procurement (2013), Guide to Tender Procedures on Public Life Cycle Projects (2006) and Legal Practice Concerning Public Procurement (2002).
