Hannes Snellman’s Lawyers Recognised in Who’s Who Legal: Foreign Investment Control 2024

Hannes Snellman’s competition and regulatory lawyers Peter Forsberg and Lars Lundgren have been recognised as world leaders in their field in the Who’s Who Legal: Foreign Investment Control 2024, the first ever Who’s Who Legal report on foreign direct investment control.

Partner Peter Forsberg heads the Stockholm Competition & Regulatory practice and specialises in EU and competition law spanning from merger control, competition law investigations, disputes, compliance work, to other aspects of competition law as well as regulatory matters such as transfers of security sensitive business operations and foreign direct investment (FDI) control before competition authorities, sector agencies, and courts.

Lars Lundgren works as an associate in the Competition & Regulatory team and together with Peter Forsberg has published several publications about the new Swedish FDI Regime which entered into force on 1 December 2023, for example “Nya FDI-lagen medför en rejäl förändring av regelverket kring företagstransaktioner i Sverige” published in Realtid.
