12 April 2024

Last night, Hannes Snellman’s Intellectual Property practice was awarded in the 2024 edition of Managing IP Awards EMEA at the Award Ceremony in London.

Our team was awarded in the category “Europe Impact Case of the Year” for its work on AIM Sport Vision v Supponor entities at the Helsinki Local Division of the Unified Patent Court.

This is a fantastic recognition of the work done, and we are thrilled that we were engaged in the first case at the Helsinki Local Division of the UPC and one of the first cases pending at the UPC”, says Partner Panu Siitonen, who heads Hannes Snellman’s Intellectual Property practice in Finland. “This was a great start in the new court, and we look forward to seeing more patent cases in our Local Division”, Counsel Vilhelm Schröder continues.
