Mikko Huimala as Chair and Speaker at Alma Talent’s State Aid and Competition Law Seminar

Partner Mikko Huimala will be participating in Alma Talent’s State Aid and Competition Law Seminar as a chair and speaker on 10 November. Mikko will be discussing recent developments in the pre- and post-crisis financing of state aid and equity crisis financing from a company perspective.

The seminar addresses various issues in the field of state aid and competition law. During the day, you will also hear about the abilities of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority to intervene in the supply of public sector goods or services. In addition, the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority’s recent practice regarding competitive neutrality will be discussed.
