Emmi Kantola Speaking at AIJA 2023 Annual Congress

Senior Associate Emmi Kantola, who works in Hannes Snellman's M&A Team, acted as a session co-coordinator and a speaker at the AIJA - International Association of Young Lawyers Annual Congress. The conference took place in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil between 21 and 26 August 2023.

In her speaking part, Emmi addressed the topic of blockchain and crypto assets in the context of M&A, specifically from the EU regulatory perspective. In addition to her presentation, Emmi co-coordinated the M&A seminar and moderated a panel discussion titled "The Four Dimensions of Digital Assets and Blockchain in M&A".

Emmi advises domestic and international clients in the field of mergers and acquisitions and in particular private equity and venture capital transactions. Emmi also offers general corporate, commercial, and contract law advice.
