Hannes Snellman Counsel to Transdev Group in the divestment of Flygbussarna Airport Coaches to Vy

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to the Trandev Group, the global passenger transport group, in the divestment of Flygbussarna Airport Coaches to Vy, Norway’s national railway company.

The Transdev Group has made a strategic decision to focus on its core business, procured traffic and services that have other companies as customers.

Flygbussarna is the domestic airport bus operation company, serving airports in Stockholm and throughout Sweden.

Hannes Snellman’s core team included Richard Åkerman, Ammar Khan, Moa Fritzon Torbjelt,  Anna Bergström, Jenny Lundberg, and Josephine Lindgren.
