Hannes Snellman Counsel to SULO Group in the Acquisition of Molok Group Oy

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to SULO Group, a global waste management leader, in its acquisition of Molok Group Oy from Vaaka Partners. Molok is a developer and pioneer of semi-underground waste solutions with its products being sold in more than 40 countries.

In the transaction, SULO will acquire the entire share capital of Molok. Molok’s headquarters will remain in Nokia, Finland.
