Hannes Snellman Counsel to NP3 Fastigheter AB on Its Private Placement of New Shares

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to real estate company NP3 Fastigheter AB, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, on its directed issue and private placement of 3.1 million new preference shares to institutional investors. The private placement was carried out through an accelerated book-building process and raised approximately SEK 90 million before transaction costs. Swedbank AB, in cooperation with Kepler Cheuvreux S.A., acted as the sole global coordinator and bookrunner in the private placement.
