Hannes Snellman Counsel to Lothar Geilen on the Public Offer for Opus Group AB

Hannes Snellman advised Lothar Geilen in connection with the public cash offer for all shares in Opus Group AB, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Mid Cap. Lothar Geilen, who is the CEO and a shareholder of Opus Group AB, participated in the public offer together with funds advised by Searchlight Capital Partners. The offer was made through the newly established company Ograi BidCo AB. The offer valued Opus Group AB at approximately SEK 2.47 billion.

Hannes Snellman’s core team consisted of Mattias Friberg, Claes Kjellberg and Khaled Talayhan.
