Hannes Snellman Counsel to LAK Real Estate in Financing of Hotel Construction at Helsinki Airport

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to LAK Real Estate Oy in financing Finland’s largest hotel construction project at Helsinki airport.

The construction of the 13-storeyed hotel complex with 700 rooms will start in October 2021, and the hotel is estimated to be opened in 2024. The estimated value of the construction project is EUR 120 million.
