Hannes Snellman Counsel to Esperi Care and Its Majority Owners in the Acquisition of the Majority of Esperi Care by Triton

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Esperi Care, the leading residential care provider in Finland, and its majority owners Danske Bank, SEB, and Ilmarinen in the acquisition of the majority of Esperi Care’s shares by Triton Smaller Mid Cap Fund II advised by Triton. The current owners will continue as minority shareholders in partnership with Triton. As part of the transaction, Triton will make a substantial investment to further develop Esperi Care’s services.
