Hannes Snellman Counsel to Equip Capital Backed River Group in Its Acquisition of El-Lindningar i Eskilstuna Aktiebolag

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Equip Capital backed River Group, a leading North European aftermarket service, project and product provider of water and wastewater pumps, in its acquisition of El-Lindningar i Eskilstuna Aktiebolag.
