Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Biovian Oy, a leading European contract manufacturing and development company for biopharmaceuticals, in Keensight Capital’s investment in Biovian. Biovian provides services to international biotechs and biopharma companies from around the globe. It has 70 employees and aims to double its revenue and staff over the next five years.
