Hannes Snellman Counsel to Anticimex in the Acquisition of SGS’ Benelux Pest Control and Fumigation Activities

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Anticimex, the Sweden-headquartered global provider of pest control, in the acquisition of SGS’ pest management and fumigation activities in the Benelux.

The acquisition will add approximately EUR 13m in revenue and 100 employees to Anticimex in the Benelux and it will strengthen Anticimex’s position in the area.
