Hannes Snellman Counsel to Adelis Equity Partners in the Acquisition of AddPro

Adelis Equity Partners have acquired the majority stake in AddPro, a leading application and cloud integrator in Sweden. With Adelis joining as a new partner, AddPro is taking the next strategic step and strengthens its current ownership structure in order to continue business development and ensure further growth. In 2017, AddPro is expected to reach a turnover of approximately MSEK 300 with good profitability and employs about 200 specialists, of which approximately 170 are technical consultants operating in either of the company's two business areas.

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Adelis with a core team including Shoan Panahi, Sebastian Wallin, Jonas Johansson, Emma Josberg, Anna Ivarsson (M&A), Stina Eriksson (Finance), Jenny Lundberg (Employment), Amela Balijaj (Real Estate), Peter Forsberg and Haris Catovic (Merger control).
