Hannes Snellman Counsel to Accent Equity in the Acquisition of Oral Care

Accent Equity has alongside with company management acquired Oral Care from Procuritas Capital Investors IV and other minority owners. Oral Care is today Sweden’s largest provider of mobile dentistry, serving eight county councils in Central and Southern Sweden, and has a network of five clinics for public dental care.

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Accent Equity with a core team including Claes Kjellberg, Patrik Erblad, David Riihonen, Samuel Persson and Jonas Brandt.
