Hannes Snellman acted as Counsel to the Sellers of Direct Conversion in a 90% stake acquisition by Varex Imaging.

Varex Imaging Corporation, a manufacturer of X-ray imaging components based in Salt Lake City, Utah, will acquire a minimum of 90% of Direct Conversion AB, a Swedish manufacturer of linear array digital detectors, for EUR 75 million.
