Hannes Snellman Acted as Counsel to the City of Espoo in a Large-Scale PPP Project

Hannes Snellman advised the City of Espoo in its PPP project involving the design, build, finance and maintenance of five schools and three day care centers. The project reached successful financial close on Tuesday 9 June 2020. The total value of the project is approximately EUR 300 million for the whole service period, and it is the first public premises project implemented using the PPP model (Public Private Partnership) in Finland.
